Rosa Hires

Rosa E. Hires is currently a Community Relations Specialist for Whirlpool Corporation she attended Andrews University where she studied Aviation Flight with a focus on International Business Aviation and Graphic Arts. Born and raised in New York City, one of the biggest melting pots in the world, Rosa learned the value of diversity at a young age and learned the importance of International Communications. She has used her knack for linguistics in her various positions in life. Rosa is actively engaged as the Business co-lead in the Whirlpool Hispanic Network, promoting and facilitating diversity and inclusion. Rosa started her career at Whirlpool Corporation as a Consumer Assistance Representative where she worked closely with the consumer. This position gave Rosa an invaluable look into consumer insights in the appliance industry. Rosa continued her career at Whirlpool and became a Corporate Flight Attendant. Her current position has her managing the relationship with the brand's signature charities, project management for the charities and Whirlpool Foundation. She is currently working to standardize processes in global CSR efforts and analyze the CSR footprint for the company. Rosa has a heart for volunteering and travel. She has studied cultures and languages in her 20+ years of international travel. Rosa Hires has many talents and life experiences that she uses to further make a difference in this world.
